These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Rich Indians Courier & Delivery LLP's website, mobile application, and logistics services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
We provide domestic and international courier services, parcel and cargo logistics, e-commerce and Q-Commerce delivery, food pick-up and delivery, export-import support, freight forwarding, last-mile and scheduled delivery, reverse logistics, 3PL warehousing, and express/on-demand solutions.
Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app. Pickup and delivery depend on serviceability. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues are not our liability. The courier will be delivered within 3-15 days depending upon the situations provided.
Users must provide accurate shipment details and comply with legal restrictions. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, narcotics, counterfeit goods, and currency. Rich Indians is not responsible for shipments rejected or seized due to violations.
To ensure safety, legality, and compliance with logistics regulations, Rich Indians Courier & Delivery LLP strictly prohibits the shipment of the following categories of items. Violations of these policies may result in the refusal of service, cancellation of shipments, legal penalties, or blacklisting of the customer.
Prohibited Items (Not Allowed Under Any Circumstance):
Explosives – Firecrackers, gunpowder, TNT, dynamite, or any detonating device.
Flammable & Combustible Substances – Petrol, diesel, kerosene, lighter fluid, aerosols, alcohol (without license), etc.
Narcotics & Drugs – Illegal drugs, opiates, cannabis, LSD, cocaine, and other psychotropic substances.
Weapons & Ammunition – Guns, rifles, handguns, bullets, blades, stun guns, and any kind of offensive weapon or replica.
Hazardous Chemicals – Industrial chemicals, acids, toxins, radioactive materials, biological/infectious substances.
Currency & Financial Instruments – Indian and foreign currency (cash), bonds, bearer cheques, credit/debit cards, share certificates.
Pornographic Material – Obscene books, magazines, videos, or any form of sexually explicit content.
Live Organisms & Human Remains – Animals, birds, insects, cremated remains, organs, blood, or body parts.
Counterfeit or Illegal Goods – Fake branded products, pirated media/software, fake IDs, or falsified documents.
Perishable Food – Unless approved, items that require refrigeration or expire quickly are not accepted.
All service charges are shown before booking confirmation. Invoices are issued electronically and include applicable taxes (GST). Payment modes accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets.
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty. After this, a 25% cancellation fee applies. No refunds for successfully delivered shipments.
Maximum claimable compensation is the declared shipment value or INR 5,000 (whichever is lower). No liability is accepted for delays, natural disasters, indirect losses, or acts beyond our control.
These terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala

Pricing is based on factors such as distance, weight, delivery speed, and service type. All prices shown before order confirmation include or display applicable taxes and fees.
Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value or INR 5,000 per shipment, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
Refunds are processed under the following terms:
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial refunds apply for late returns or damaged packaging not caused by us.
- Full refunds allowed only for cancellations made before pickup.
- No refund for completed and verified deliveries.
- Refunds for prepaid return labels will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours prior to pickup. After this, a cancellation fee may apply. No refunds are issued for successfully delivered orders.
